1. Acceptance, Privacy Policy & Promotions #

• These Terms form a binding agreement between you and syrdroid. By creating an account, installing, or using the Risha app, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• The app shows promotions for novels and product offers, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• The minimum age to use this app is 13+. If you are under 18, local law may require guardian consent.

2. Your Account #

• Keep your credentials private and your information accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We reserve the right to remove, freeze, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risks, or are used for abuse (such as exploiting gamification or referral systems).

3. Service Availability, Updates & Performance #

• Risha is provided "as is" and "as available."
• The app may slow down or experience issues from time to time due to updates, maintenance, or technical errors. We utilize smart caching and advanced infrastructure to minimize disruptions, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Features may change, be added, or removed at any time; device performance and compatibility can vary.

4. User Content (Novels, Chapters, Covers) #

Ownership: You own the intellectual property rights in your original content (including novel text) that you publish on Risha.

Strict Publishing Rules & Image Policy:

• Originality: You warrant that all content you publish is your original work or that you have necessary rights to publish it.
• Cover Images: It is strictly prohibited to use images of real people, living creatures, or copyrighted artwork as novel covers. We may replace a cover that breaks this rule or reject the novel.
• Content Restrictions: We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against:
• Illegal content or explicit sexual acts involving minors.
• Hateful, harassing, or excessively violent content.
• Political content, propaganda, or content promoting specific political agendas.
• Promotional spam (advertising products, external services, individuals, or other accounts).
• Misinformation (content presented as factual but containing inaccurate or misleading information).
• Moderation: We may review, reject, demote, or permanently remove any content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines, and we may take immediate action against offenders.
• No spam, stat manipulation, or bot/automated activity is allowed.

License to Risha: You grant syrdroid a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license to host, store, display, translate, and distribute your content inside Risha (and in app-store screenshots/previews) solely to operate and promote the app. Published novels stay available after you delete your account (section 9); if you want them removed, email us and we will remove them.

External Marketing Use: To showcase Risha on third-party platforms (e.g., ads on social media), you also grant us a limited license to use your public content's title, excerpt, cover image, pen name, and metadata for external promotional materials. If you prefer not to be included, contact support, and we will stop using your content in future marketing.

Third-Party Misuse: We employ security measures (like screen capture protection), but we are not responsible for theft or misuse of your content by third parties. We do not monitor everything, but we act swiftly on valid reports.

5. Promotions / "Boosts" (Banner & Interstitial) #

• Authors may purchase optional promotion to highlight their novels to other users (e.g., banner or interstitial placements). Such placements are labeled clearly.
• We do not guarantee any specific results (views, reads, likes, or sales). Performance depends on many factors.
• We may reject or stop a promotion that violates these Terms, our guidelines, or harms user experience.

6. Subscriptions & Paid Features (Risha Plus / Risha Pro) #

• We offer optional paid upgrades, such as one-time lifetime purchases (e.g., Risha Plus/Pro or upgrades between them) and recurring subscriptions (e.g., Verification Badges). Plan names, prices, and features (like removing ads or premium themes) may vary and change over time.
• Billing is securely handled by Google Play or another app store. Review the store's terms for payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds.
• Auto-renewal: For recurring subscriptions (like Verification Badges), unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal, your subscription may renew automatically. Cancel anytime in the store account settings; access continues until the end of the current period. Lifetime purchases are billed once.
• Refunds: As an indie app, we generally do not provide direct refunds; refunds are processed exclusively under the app store's policies and applicable consumer laws.

7. Acceptable Use #

• Do not break the law, violate others' rights, or harm the app or its users. Do not impersonate others.
• Do not reverse engineer, hack, bypass security, use cheating tools, or overload/abuse our services.
• We may issue warnings, remove content, or freeze/terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Reporting Problems or Abuse #

• You can report issues (bugs, abusive users, or infringing content) via the in-app reporting tools or by email at Yaman8da@gmail.com. We will review and act where appropriate.

9. Account Deletion Requests #

• You may request account deletion at any time from within the app (Settings → Edit Profile → Delete Account).
• Email and Google accounts are deleted automatically 7 days after the request, and signing in again during these 7 days cancels the request. Guest accounts are deleted immediately.
• Once deletion is completed, it is permanent and cannot be reversed.
• Novels you have published stay available to readers under the name "Deleted author", without your personal details, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Important: Deleting your account does not cancel your recurring store subscriptions automatically. You must cancel subscriptions in your app store settings to stop future charges.

10. Points and Referral Program #

• Risha offers Gamification features (Points, Flames/Login Streaks) and a Referral Program (e.g., invite active users to receive points or specific app rewards).
• We strictly verify eligibility (e.g., genuine devices, real engagement, anti-fraud checks).
• Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and the program rules or rewards may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
• If any error occurs when issuing a reward, contact support and we'll assist.

11. Copyright & Takedowns #

• If you believe content on Risha infringes your copyright, email us at Yaman8da@gmail.com with: (a) the work and the infringing material, (b) your contact details, and (c) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized. We will review and act where appropriate.

12. Disclaimers & Liability Limits #

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, syrdroid disclaims all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, syrdroid is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; or for loss of data, profits, or reputation.
• Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Risha paid features in the 12 months before the claim. These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights where you live.

13. Changes to These Terms #

• We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new date above and, for significant changes, may show an in-app notice. Your continued use of Risha after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
