Please tell us your phone model and the app version shown at the bottom of Settings. The app has no accounts and sends us nothing, so we only know what you write.
The first 25 questions, one mock exam and 20 road signs are free. One payment unlocks all 450 questions, all 82 signs, unlimited mock exams, your mistake patterns and listening mode. There is no subscription.
Open Settings and tap Restore purchase, or tap Restore a previous purchase on the unlock screen. Use the same Apple or Google account you bought with; nothing is charged again.
The store processes the payment, so refunds are requested there: on iPhone at reportaproblem.apple.com, on Android through your Google Play order history.
The app reads aloud with your phone's own text-to-speech voices, without internet. Add a voice in your system settings (iPhone: Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices; Android: your phone's text-to-speech settings).
Turn it on in Settings → Daily reminder and allow notifications when your phone asks. If notifications are off for the app, turn them on in your system settings and set the reminder again.
Only on your phone. There is no account and no cloud, so progress does not move between phones. Uninstalling the app deletes it. See the privacy policy.
This app is independent and not affiliated with the DMV or any U.S. government agency. It provides no official government service. Check the official California Driver's Handbook before your test.
