Was ist kostenlos, und was schaltet der Kauf frei?
Die ersten 20 Fragen sind kostenlos, mit allem, was die App kann. Ein einmaliger Kauf schaltet alle 460 Fragen und den Übungstest dauerhaft frei. Es gibt kein Abo.
Ich habe schon gekauft. Wie bekomme ich den Katalog auf einem neuen Handy zurück?
Öffne den Kaufbildschirm (Start › Übungstest, oder eine gesperrte Frage) und tippe auf Käufe wiederherstellen. Verwende dasselbe Apple- bzw. Google-Konto, mit dem du gekauft hast; es wird nichts erneut berechnet.
Wie bekomme ich mein Geld zurück?
Käufe wickelt der Store ab, deshalb beantragst du eine Erstattung dort: auf dem iPhone unter reportaproblem.apple.com, auf Android über den Bestellverlauf in Google Play.
Für welches Bundesland gilt die App?
Für alle 16. Die App enthält die 300 allgemeinen Fragen und die 10 Fragen jedes Bundeslands. Du wählst dein Bundesland beim ersten Start und kannst es jederzeit unter Einstellungen › Bundesland ändern.
Der Lautsprecher-Knopf sagt, es gibt keine deutsche Stimme.
Die App liest mit der Stimme deines Handys vor, ohne Internet. Installiere eine deutsche Stimme (iPhone: Einstellungen › Bedienungshilfen › Gesprochene Inhalte › Stimmen › Deutsch; Android: die Text-in-Sprache-Einstellungen deines Handys) und versuche es erneut.
Die tägliche Erinnerung kommt nicht.
Schalte sie unter Einstellungen › Tägliche Erinnerung ein und erlaube Mitteilungen, wenn dein Handy fragt. Sind Mitteilungen für die App ausgeschaltet, schalte sie in den Systemeinstellungen ein und stelle die Erinnerung neu. Auf Android kann sie bis zu einer Stunde später kommen, weil das System sie zum Stromsparen bündelt.
Kann ich meinen Fortschritt auf ein anderes Handy mitnehmen?
Ja. Unter Einstellungen › Sicherung wählst du Meinen Fortschritt in eine Datei sichern, bringst die Datei auf das neue Handy und wählst dort Aus einer Datei einlesen. Das Einlesen ersetzt den Fortschritt auf diesem Handy.
Wie lösche ich meine Daten?
Mit Einstellungen › Meinen Fortschritt zurücksetzen. Alles ist nur auf deinem Handy gespeichert; wer die App löscht, löscht es endgültig. Siehe die Datenschutzerklärung.
Ist das eine offizielle App?
Nein. Diese App ist unabhängig und steht in keiner Verbindung zum Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge (BAMF) oder einer anderen Behörde. Die Fragen stammen aus dem amtlich veröffentlichten Gesamtfragenkatalog (Stand 7. Mai 2025); Übersetzungen und Erklärungen sind eigene Arbeit. Die App bereitet auf den Test vor und gibt keine Rechts- oder Einbürgerungsberatung.

Common questions
What is free, and what does the purchase unlock?
The first 20 questions are free, with every feature. A single one-time purchase unlocks all 460 questions and the mock exam for good. There is no subscription.
I already bought it. How do I get it back on a new phone?
Open the purchase screen (Home › Mock exam, or any locked question) and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple or Google account you bought with; nothing is charged again.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by the store, so refunds are requested there: on iPhone at reportaproblem.apple.com, on Android through your Google Play order history.
Which federal state is the app for?
All sixteen. The app contains the 300 general questions and the 10 questions of every state. You pick yours on first launch and can change it at any time in Settings › State.
The speaker button says there is no German voice.
The app reads with your phone's own voice, without internet. Install a German voice (iPhone: Settings › Accessibility › Spoken Content › Voices › German; Android: your phone's text-to-speech settings) and try again.
The daily reminder does not arrive.
Turn it on in Settings › Daily reminder and allow notifications when your phone asks. If notifications are switched off for the app, turn them on in your system settings and set the reminder again. On Android it can arrive up to an hour late, because the system batches it to save battery.
Can I move my progress to another phone?
Yes. In Settings › Backup, choose Export my progress to a file, move the file to the new phone, and choose Import from a file there. Importing replaces the progress on that phone.
How do I delete my data?
Use Settings › Reset my progress. Everything is stored only on your phone, and uninstalling the app deletes it permanently. See the privacy policy.
Is this an official app?
No. This app is independent and not affiliated with the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) or any government body. The questions come from the officially published question catalogue (edition of 7 May 2025); the translations and explanations are the app's own work. The app prepares you for the test and gives no legal or immigration advice.

ما المجاني، وما الذي يفتحه الشراء؟
أول 20 سؤالاً مجانية بكل ما يقدّمه التطبيق. شراء واحد لمرة واحدة يفتح كل الأسئلة الـ460 والامتحان المحاكي للأبد. لا يوجد اشتراك.
اشتريت سابقاً. كيف أستعيد الكتالوج على هاتف جديد؟
افتح شاشة الشراء (الرئيسية › امتحان محاكي، أو أي سؤال مقفل) واضغط استرجاع المشتريات. استخدم حساب Apple أو Google نفسه الذي اشتريت به، ولن يُخصم منك شيء مرة أخرى.
كيف أسترد المبلغ؟
المتجر هو من يعالج عمليات الشراء، لذلك يُطلب الاسترداد منه: على الآيفون عبر reportaproblem.apple.com، وعلى أندرويد من سجل الطلبات في Google Play.
لأي ولاية يصلح التطبيق؟
للولايات الست عشرة كلها. يحتوي التطبيق على الأسئلة العامة الـ300 وعلى الأسئلة العشرة لكل ولاية. تختار ولايتك عند أول تشغيل، ويمكنك تغييرها في أي وقت من الإعدادات › الولاية.
زر السماعة يقول إنه لا يوجد صوت ألماني.
يقرأ التطبيق بصوت هاتفك نفسه، بلا إنترنت. ثبّت صوتاً ألمانياً (على الآيفون: الإعدادات › تسهيلات الاستخدام › المحتوى المنطوق › الأصوات › الألمانية؛ وعلى أندرويد: إعدادات تحويل النص إلى كلام في هاتفك) ثم حاول مرة أخرى.
التذكير اليومي لا يصل.
فعّله من الإعدادات › تذكير يومي، واسمح بالإشعارات حين يسألك الهاتف. إن كانت الإشعارات مطفأة للتطبيق، فعّلها من إعدادات النظام ثم اضبط التذكير من جديد. على أندرويد قد يتأخر حتى ساعة، لأن النظام يجمّع التنبيهات لتوفير البطارية.
هل يمكنني نقل تقدّمي إلى هاتف آخر؟
نعم. من الإعدادات › النسخ الاحتياطي اختر تصدير تقدّمي إلى ملف، وانقل الملف إلى الهاتف الجديد، واختر هناك استيراد من ملف. الاستيراد يستبدل التقدّم الموجود على ذلك الهاتف.
كيف أحذف بياناتي؟
من الإعدادات › مسح تقدّمي. كل شيء محفوظ على هاتفك فقط، وحذف التطبيق يمحوه نهائياً. راجع سياسة الخصوصية.
هل هذا تطبيق رسمي؟
لا. هذا التطبيق مستقل ولا يتبع للمكتب الاتحادي للهجرة واللاجئين (BAMF) أو أي جهة حكومية. الأسئلة من الكتالوج الرسمي المنشور علناً (طبعة 7 مايو 2025)، والترجمات والشروح من عمل التطبيق. التطبيق يُعدّك للاختبار ولا يقدّم استشارة قانونية أو استشارة في شؤون التجنيس.
